We are inclined to think that everything that happens is to be turned into useful teaching. In actual fact, it is to be turned into something even better than teaching, namely, character. The mountaintop is not meant to teach us anything, it is meant to make us something. There is a terrible trap in always asking, “What’s the use of this experience?” We can never measure spiritual matters in that way. The moments on the mountaintop are rare moments, and they are meant for something in God’s purpose. (Oswald Chambers)
So take those moments and let them mold and shape you and your character...then open your mouth and let that character that God has shaped speak to those in the valley. 2 CORINTHIANS 5:17-20 says this to all of God's chosen... “17 Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has gone, the new has come! 18 All this is from God, who reconciled us to himself through Christ and gave us the ministry of reconciliation: (AMEN) 19 that God was reconciling the world to himself in Christ, not counting man's sins against them. And he has committed to us the message of reconciliation. 20 We are therefore Christ’s ambassadors…"
Take the Mountaintop experience and do as God said... "Go forth and multiply" ... use the character he has instilled in you from the inspiration on the Mountaintop ... then open your mouth and let God speak His Good News through you. That is the reason He put us here. Love GOD and Live GOD Ever Minute of Ever day...all 86,400 of them. LU ALL...Love someone into God's Kingdom today! (I am learning LJ and Renee)
