If you have experienced great trials, then you have the potential for great praise. "Lord, help!" they cried in their trouble, and he saved them from their distress. He calmed the storm to a whisper and stilled the waves. What a blessing was that stillness...Let them praise the Lord for his great love and for all his wonderful deeds..."(Ps.107:28-31). NLT

Philippians 4:7-9... "7 And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. 8 Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things. 9 Those things, which ye have both learned, and received, and heard, and seen in me, do: and the God of peace shall be with you." If we think on all the good things that God showers us with ... praise to Him who provides all becomes the norm.
