Have Faith In God
Doubts can send you into a storm or cause you to encounter desert dry land. You see no means of being rescued by God because of the silent doubts you have about His actual existence.
The only thing you may have to go on is His word in His Word. He has spoken through the ages and chooses when, where, and how He speaks today.
For a moment it may be a matter of survival. He will never abandon you. Because you are His child, He only asks for simple faith. That's what gets you to heaven and that's what will get you to the other side of your doubts.
Don't give up the faith. That's all you have. That's all He needs.
