Dear Search Committee, I was a tenured full prof for The City University of NY, now an adjunct online prof working remote for some ten years, for several universities and teaching ,writing and designing syllabi; also editing for McGraw Hill several books. My students are located throughout the global regions, including the United States, Afghanistan, Iraq, Ghana, Japan and other environments. My doctorate is in public administration and management. I headed a team which setup a Dutch technical company in the United States. I handled customs, personnel, immigration, construction, legal regulatory requirements and other legal matters for the business. I teach undergraduate, graduate, post graduate students; am a mentor for several doctoral students and graduates, some of whom hold major positions in corporations, the military, and other government organizations. I also taught management in Ghana through the United States Voice of America at the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration. I lectured at Chambers of Commerce and other professional organizations within Ghana. I have worked in both the private and public sectors, including negotiating for an industry with Underwriters Laboratories and Canadian Standards. I have presented both here and in Rome and Oxford what I consider, “The Zen of Online Learning – The Ministry of Online Teaching.” I have spoken on BBC-London on American political elections; was an advisory negotiator for the Reagan White House on regulatory affairs; and a political analyst for several years with ABC-News. My doctorate was the first study on press secretaries to elected chief executives. In fact, I had interviewed Pierre Salinger in London. I had also designed and setup the first two year degree program on public administration on the east coast of the United States – it was established within The City University of New York. Within that program I negotiated internships for students within local and federal agencies. I also taught and designed programs at the United States Air War College. In addition to curriculum I created a broadcast journalism program for military personnel who came from various allied countries. I was given permission to negotiate with Troy State University to create credit programs for spouse, which credit would be accepted throughout the United States in other institutions. Within the U.S. Air War College, I had top secret clearance. My doctorate was the first Management study on press secretaries to elected chief executives, United States presidents and New York City mayors.
